Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: February 9, 2026

At The GTA Mattress (Operated by GTA Enterprise Inc.), we provide high-quality mattresses delivered factory-direct to your door. To maintain our high health and safety standards, we adhere to the following policy:

1. Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened Items: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the mattress is in its original, unopened factory plastic seal.

• Opened Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, once a mattress has been removed from its protective plastic seal, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Fees: Returns of unopened mattresses are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

2. 5-Year Limited Warranty

Most of our mattresses include a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty covering:

• Significant permanent sagging or body indentations deeper than 1.5 inches.

• Structural defects causing the materials to split or crack.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Mattresses that have been unsealed or used.

• Custom-sized orders or special requests.

• Items purchased as “Final Sale.”
