Is the box spring included? No, the price listed is for the mattress only. We sell matching box springs separately—please call Ibrahim at (647) 761-0030 for a bundle price.
Delivery Area We currently deliver only to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If you are located outside of our standard delivery zones, please contact Ibrahim at (647) 761-0030 before placing your order to discuss options.
Payment Options We accept a variety of secure payment methods:
Online: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
On Delivery: Cash or E-Transfer (Choose the “Cash on Delivery” option at checkout).
Note on Card Payments: We use Manual Capture. We only finalize the charge on your card once your delivery is scheduled and confirmed.
Where does my mattress come from? To ensure you receive the best quality, we coordinate directly with local manufacturers. Most orders are picked up factory-fresh specifically for you, while high-demand models may be delivered from our local stock for faster service.
Warranty Your mattress comes with a 2-year limited warranty. This covers manufacturing defects to ensure your “Prince Dream” or “Luxury” mattress stays comfortable and supportive.
