Is the box spring included? No, the price listed is for the mattress only. We offer matching box springs separately to provide the best support for this 14″ model. Please call or text Ibrahim at (647) 761-0030 for a discounted bundle price.
What is the delivery area? We provide fast, local delivery throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our standard zones include Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, and Vaughan. If you are outside these areas, please contact us at (647) 761-0030 before ordering.
How do I pay for my order? We offer flexible and secure payment options:
Online: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
On Delivery: Cash or E-Transfer (select the “Cash on Delivery” option at checkout).
Payment Security: We use Manual Capture for card payments. We only finalize the charge once your delivery is confirmed and scheduled.
Where does the Royal Sleep mattress come from? To ensure factory-fresh quality and the highest hygiene standards, we do not drop-ship. We coordinate directly with local Ontario manufacturers. Your mattress is either picked up fresh for your order or delivered from our local Scarborough stock to ensure you receive a brand-new product every time.
What is the “feel” of this mattress? The Royal Sleep is a Firm mattress. It is designed with a 5-zone pocket coil system and 3″ of medium-density foam. This combination provides a sturdy, stable base that cradles your body’s curves while maintaining excellent back support and minimal motion transfer.
Is there a warranty? Yes. Your Royal Sleep mattress includes a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This ensures your investment stays supportive and comfortable for years to come.
