You can order directly through our website shop, by calling or texting 647-761-0030, or by booking a private appointment to view our boutique in person. Not everything we carry is listed online — call or text us to ask about unlisted clearance deals and daily specials.
Yes. We operate a private, home-based boutique by appointment only, so every customer gets personal, one-on-one attention with no pressure. Please call or text before visiting.
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area and Durham Region, including Toronto (Scarborough, North York, East York, Downtown), York Region (Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and more), and Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa, Whitby, and more).
You pay nothing upfront when you place your order. Payment is collected only when your mattress arrives and you’ve had the chance to inspect it at your door, still sealed in its factory packaging.
We accept Cash, Debit/Interac, Visa, and Interac E-Transfer, all collected at the time of delivery.
Yes. Because we operate as a private, appointment-only boutique with no commercial showroom rent or commissioned sales staff, we typically save customers 30-50% compared to traditional retail mattress chains.
Same-day delivery is frequently available depending on current inventory and scheduling. Next-day delivery is our standard across the GTA and Durham Region.
Yes, on orders over $300 before tax. A flat, honest delivery fee applies to smaller orders.
The owner personally handles every delivery, from pickup to your front door, for quality control and a personal touch you won’t get from a big commercial fleet.
Unopened, factory-sealed mattresses are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Once opened or used, mattresses cannot be returned due to health and hygiene standards. Full details are on our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty page.
Yes — every mattress comes backed by a factory limited structural warranty from our Canadian manufacturers, with coverage length varying by model. See our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty page for full details.
