Ordering & Visiting

You can order directly through our website shop, by calling or texting 647-761-0030, or by booking a private appointment to view our boutique in person. Not everything we carry is listed online — call or text us to ask about unlisted clearance deals and daily specials.
Yes. We operate a private, home-based boutique by appointment only, so every customer gets personal, one-on-one attention with no pressure. Please call or text before visiting.

We’re available daily from 11:30 AM to 11:30 PM for calls, texts, and appointment bookings. Delivery scheduling is arranged directly with you based on availability.

Delivery & Coverage Areas

We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, York Region, Durham Region, and select Extended Regional areas. This covers Toronto, Scarborough, North York, East York, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Bradford West Gwillimbury, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Uxbridge, Clarington, and Port Hope, with delivery capability also extending toward Cobourg, Peterborough, Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Barrie, and Orangeville. Not sure if we deliver to your specific address? Call or text and we’ll confirm.

For Core GTA areas, delivery is free on orders of $300 or more before tax, with a flat $30 fee below that. For Extended Regional areas like Port Hope, delivery is a flat $50 fee with an enforced $400 minimum order subtotal before tax. Call or text to confirm which zone applies to your address.

Same-day or next-day delivery is frequently available on business days, depending on current inventory and your location. It’s most reliable in Scarborough and nearby areas. Confirm timing directly with us rather than assuming — availability changes with stock.

Yes, mattress removal is available for a small fee based on size and quantity. Let us know when you book so it’s included in the delivery plan.

Just mention it when you book. We regularly deliver to rural properties, longer driveways, and buildings with specific loading or elevator requirements — flagging it in advance simply helps us plan the stop properly.

Payment & Pricing

You don’t pay anything when you place your order. Your mattress is delivered to your door, you inspect it in person, and only then do you pay — by cash, debit, Visa, or Interac e-Transfer. If you’d rather pay ahead of time, our online shop also accepts major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Yes, regularly. Not all of our inventory, clearance stock, or daily specials are posted online — some of our best pricing only comes up in a phone conversation. Calling or texting 647-761-0030 is the most reliable way to hear what’s currently discounted.
We operate without a public showroom, commissioned sales staff, or the marketing overhead a retail chain carries. Cutting that overhead is what lets us offer factory-direct pricing typically 30-50% below traditional retail, without cutting corners on the mattress itself.
Cash, debit, Visa, and Interac e-Transfer at the time of delivery. If you order online in advance, we also accept Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Our factory-direct pricing is already set without the markup a retail showroom would add, so there’s limited room to negotiate further. That said, always ask about current unlisted deals — the honest answer about what’s available often gets you a better outcome than negotiating a listed price.

Choosing Your Mattress

We carry Pocket Coil, Gel Memory Foam, Pillow Top, Hybrid, and Hard Firm comfort types. Each suits a different sleep style — for example, Pocket Coil is often better for couples with different schedules, while Gel Memory Foam suits hot sleepers or those with joint discomfort.
Tell us how you typically sleep (on your back, side, or stomach) and what’s been bothering you about your current mattress. That’s usually enough for us to narrow it down to two or three realistic options instead of the entire catalogue.
Yes. We work directly with a Canadian manufacturer rather than importing mattresses and relabelling them under a different name. That direct relationship is also why Pay on Delivery is financially workable for us — there’s no import markup to recover.

It’s less about a fixed number of years and more about symptoms — new aches or stiffness in the morning, or a mattress that’s visibly sagging where you sleep most. Eight to ten years is a reasonable average, but your own comfort is the better signal.
