These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website thegtamattress.ca and any purchase made from The GTA Mattress, a registered operating name of GTA Enterprise Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing our website, placing an order, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
The GTA Mattress is a home-based, appointment-only boutique mattress retailer serving the Greater Toronto Area since 2015. We are a one-person operation: the same individual handles ordering, customer service, and delivery. Our private showroom is viewable by appointment only — please call or text before visiting.
Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person by appointment. Not all inventory is listed on our website — additional stock, clearance items, and daily specials are available by calling or texting us directly.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information on our website is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; if a pricing error is found, we will contact you before completing your order.
We offer Pay on Delivery: no payment is required at the time of order. Payment is collected when your mattress is delivered, after you have had the opportunity to inspect it. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and Interac E-Transfer at the time of delivery.
If you choose to pay online or by e-Transfer in advance, that payment is processed securely through our website’s payment provider.
We offer same-day or next-day delivery across the Greater Toronto Area and Durham Region, subject to current inventory and scheduling availability. Free delivery applies to orders over $300 before tax; a flat delivery fee applies to smaller orders. Delivery timing is provided as an estimate and may vary based on traffic, weather, or scheduling changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The GTA Mattress and GTA Enterprise Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the purchase price of the item in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
